Northbay Sunspace, Inc. was issued it's contractors license on July 1 of 1977. We still have the same contractors license and the same license number to this day. Many consumers don't realize it but anyone in the construction industry knows that this is incredibly rare. We take a great deal of pride in the fact that in 43 years of doing business we have not once received a complaint with the contractors state license board.

Better Business Bureau
We have been a better business bureau accredited business since April 11 of 1991. We have and a plus rating with a perfect score of 100 on their scale. Since we became a accredited in 1991 we have not had a single complaint with the better business bureau.

Over the years we have won countless awards for projects that we have designed and built. Many of the awards that we have won have given us national and even international recognition in the sunroom and or room addition communities. We have one national contests, design awards from the manufacturers of our products, awards from organizations like the National Sunroom Association and the National Patio Enclosure Association, and many more.
