Modular System 8 is a complete prefabricated package, including "window-wall" sections, roof beams and interior finish mouldings. This revolutionary design allows you to build our beautiful System 8 without extra framing materials or difficult carpentry. Everything is included in a complete `Pre-Fab" kit. Quality design features include exterior aluminum finish in white, bronze or sandtone, northern white pine laminated beams, integral drainage system, fixed or operable casement windows and new , much lower prices (thanks to our revolutionary design).

NOTE: Slope is fully adjustable up to 7/12.
